the amount of people I have helped far exceeds the gaslighting and the massive amounts of judgement I feared.

So many people have not only reached out to offer support and encouragement but have also thanked me for being so honest and forthcoming about it all. To hear my story helped so many navigate their own feelings within motherhood, being diagnosed with a mental illness/stress disorder and the pain failing at marriage and divorce leaves you with; makes me feel like there is a purpose within me to provide others validity in knowing they aren’t alone in how they feel.
